Project Spotlight: Classical Marble Columns at Old Parkland Campus

This majestic room at the Old Parkland campus in Dallas is a stunning space on its own. This expansive round room features a massive paned oculus in the center of the ceiling, handsome oak paneling and am impressive herringbone floor. A stately hall for speakers and events, Specialty Stone was commissioned to install architectural columns flanking the doors.
Our team installed these marvelous quartzite columns topped with classical Corinthian capitals. The engineering and hand-carved details on these elegant stone columns adds stately elegance to the room and creates a marvelous visual focal point for an already impressive space.
